Unwind & Unfold is a 5-hour immersive journey that guides you through:
Gentle Movement — gentle yogic asanas (postures) including standing, sitting, prone, and lying down stretches that honour wherever your body is today
Breathwork for Regulation — calming practices that settle the nervous system and create a foundation for deeper exploration
Guided Meditation — spacious presence to explore the inner landscape with curiosity and compassion
Yoga Nidra — a profound gift from the land of Yoga, a practice that leads you through layers of consciousness into deep relaxation, where true restoration and healing naturally unfold
Mindful Journaling in Nature — unstructured, free-flowing time to connect with the gardens, your inner wisdom, and whatever wants to emerge
Sacred Sharing Circles — optional spaces to voice insights, reflections, and the quiet knowing that surfaces when we listen—sharing is an invitation, never an obligation, and your silence is just as welcomed and honoured
Incense Ceremony — a closing ritual to honour your journey, seal your intentions, and mark this sacred passage

Please note: Mount Glorious is approximately 1 hour drive from Brisbane CBD. Parking spaces available—detailed directions and parking instructions will be provided upon booking.
Weather Policy: In case of weather interruption, the workshop will move undercover to ensure your comfort and safety. The indoor space is perfect for seated practices, so if this happens during our Yoga Nidra session, it will be experienced sitting comfortably rather than lying down—just as restorative and allowing for the same deep relaxation and integration.
Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the workshop due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances; a full refund will be arranged for all participants.
