I will take you through simple yet effective postures (Asanas), breathing techniques (Pranayama) and relaxing meditations (Dhyana) in my hour-long sessions.
My name is Sheryl, and I have been a practitioner of this beautiful path for more than a decade. My personal journey started with a meeting with Sri M in the year 2000, who is my teacher. Under his guidance, my cousin (Shaila) and I set up the M Yoga Center in Brisbane in 2011, where I was a yoga teacher till Feb 2018. After a break from teaching, I have now prepared my self to get back into this joyful practice of learning and teaching.
In the past I conducted all classes online, via Zoom. I had participants joining my online sessions from Holland, Norway, India, Dubai and Australia. I now have slowly eased back into face to face sessions, currently running once a month at the Phoenix Sculpture Gardens, Mt Glorious, with plans to eventually have these sessions at other spaces as well.
