Empower yourself with simple grounding techniques , gentle body loosening movements, powerful breathwork and guided meditations. This session is aimed at integrating the body, mind and spirit through powerful yogic techniques. Unwind from a busy day by spending 45 minutes working with your body, your breath and mind. Learn to release the stresses and tensions of the day and allow your body and mind to relax and rejuvenate. Every week, together, we learn to: ✨️ Ground and Align ourselves ✨️ Energise and Activate our Joints and Glands. ✨️ Breathe Mindfully ✨️ Explore Meditation Between stimulus and response, there is a gap.
