We are in the process of creating an intimate and welcoming space for our sessions. Our nurturing space will be able to accept up 6 beautiful souls per session. So booking is essential to ensure that no one misses out.

Over thousands of years, the powerful and transformative technique of Yoga Nidra has been practised and shared with the aim of helping the participant reset the nervous system by experiencing non sleep deep rest through deep relaxation of the body and mind.​

When one ascends into these deep states of mind, the body is able to allow energy to heal, recharge and rejuvenate.

My aim is to share my knowledge of Yoga, Mindfulness and my Coaching Skills to help maximise human potential.

When you arrive I will welcome you to this in person session. Our session will commence with a powerful yet gentle grounding and body loosening routine, after which we will learn a priceless breathing technique, understand the simple steps to meditation and then lay down to ease into deep relaxation. Here you will feel the transformative effect of your deep awareness and body-mind alignment.

The entire session will run for 2 hours and 15 minutes.

During our last 30 minutes, let us have a cozy and uplifting finale with our Chai & Chat segment. As we unwind and relax together, we will share a soothing cuppa and some delicious nibbles and engage in some inspiring conversations with each other. In this safe and supportive space, we can explore thought provoking questions, share any personal insights, seek any clarifications regarding the Yoga session and simply connect with like-minded individuals.​
