In a world that glorifies busy, rest has become a radical act. Yoga Nidra — often called "yogic sleep" — is one of the most powerful practices available to us. Lying down in stillness, you are guided into a state between waking and sleeping, where the body rests completely while the mind remains gently aware. In this threshold space, deep healing happens naturally. This is not meditation in the traditional sense. You don't need to concentrate, control your thoughts, or do anything at all. You simply receive. In just 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, your body and nervous system can experience the equivalent of several hours of sleep. It is a practice of profound restoration — physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.
