What to Bring:

  • Light lunch (fresh, nourishing foods work best for afternoon practices)

  • Yoga mat (we will have a few spare ones available)

  • Blanket/cushion/eye mask (if these items make your experience more comfortable)

  • Notebook & pen

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement (dress in layers as it may be cooler in the gardens

Please note: Mount Glorious is approximately 1 hour drive from Brisbane CBD. Parking spaces available - detailed directions and parking instructions will be provided upon booking.

Weather Policy: In case of weather interruption, the workshop will move undercover to ensure your comfort and safety throughout the day.

This workshop takes place at the Phoenix Sculpture Peace Gardens in Mount Glorious. For over 30 years, Graham and Margit created this rainforest sculpture garden as a sanctuary where the beauty of nature and art create a place where peace becomes reality.

 

The garden holds Graham's life work of over 150 marble, onyx and bronze sculptures, creating a legacy that continues to provide the perfect natural sanctuary for your inner journey and transformation.

 

When you complete this workshop, you will have ignited your inner wisdom, realising that peace isn't a luxury you have to earn, but something you were born with.

Phase 1: Grounding

We begin with a gratitude and awareness session designed to anchor us in presence and appreciation. This gentle opening creates the foundation for our day's journey while naturally connecting us with fellow participants. We'll share morning tea and settle in for the transformative day ahead.

Journey Through 6 Transformative Phases:

Grounding, Building Trust, Body-Mind Coherence, Let Go & Rejoice, Rewire & Imprint, Yoga Nidra Integration. Finally finish with Closing Circle.

Break | 10:45 – 11:00am

Phase 2: Building Trust

In this phase we start by building trust with ourselves through a carefully designed self-assessment questionnaire. We explore 'Where do I stand right now?' and identify 'What is my desired outcome?' before setting a clear intention for our day's healing journey. Participants can choose to share insights based on their comfort level, creating deeper group connection while honouring personal boundaries.

Phase 3: Body-Mind Coherence

Through the integration of carefully designed yogic body movements and breathwork, the participant will experience the flow of energy within the body and a change in the state of mind via the breath. No previous experience is needed here, as the body movements are non-challenging and are designed to activate your joints, internal glands and organs to allow the flow of energy. Once the body begins to feel aligned and the breath is regulated, the participant will be taught a simple meditation technique which will allow instant calm to set in.

Phase 4: Let Go & Rejoice

We journey together through a gentle guided meditation, lovingly releasing everything that no longer serves your highest good. In this powerful ceremony, we gather around a sacred fire that serves as our witness to transformation. You'll write down the limiting patterns, fears, or beliefs you're ready to release on a piece of paper, then ceremonially place them into the flames. As we watch the fire transform what we release, we celebrate the spaciousness and lightness that naturally emerges. This ancient practice of fire ceremony helps transform what no longer serves us into wisdom and freedom, creating space for what truly matters.

Phase 5: Rewire & Imprint

With your heart open and spirit clear, you're ready to ignite your full potential. Having released what no longer serves you to the sacred fire, we now turn inward to awaken your own inner flame. Through the transformative power of deep gratitude, clear intention, and embodied visioning, we call upon your inner fire as witness to the new conscious patterns you wish to create. This isn't just visualization—this is conscious creation. With your inner flame burning bright, you'll actively sculpt new neural pathways that will ripple through every aspect of your existence, imprinting the life you're truly meant to live.

Phase 6: Yoga Nidra - Deep Integration

Time to surrender completely. Settle into your mat as we journey into the restorative realm of yogic sleep. In this space of profound awareness, your body and mind naturally unwind, allowing complete nervous system to reset. Here, you don't just integrate—you fully embody everything from our day together. All the wisdom, insights, and new patterns become part of who you are at a cellular level. This deeply restorative practice leaves you feeling refreshed, energised, and stress-free as you emerge with all of today's transformation embodied within your very being.

Empowered Circle - Closing

We gather as a group of empowered humans, sharing afternoon tea, expressing gratitude, and uplifting each other in an inclusive, compassionate environment.

 

This beautiful space allows you to share reflections about your experience while helping us continue to nurture this healing journey.
