Have you had a long day, and you are finding it hard to bring your self to sleep? Most of the times our thoughts and daily stresses keep us awake, and leave us feeling more tired the next day. Try this De-Stress Yoga session, to help you unwind and release all those stresses and guide you slowly and steadily into your dream world. Wake up the next day feeling energized and rested. This is a 60 minutes session, which will take you through some gentle stretches with focus on your breathing and a guided relaxing meditation, which will lead you into a restful night. I welcome keen participants from any times zones to book in, if this time suits you. The only difference will be, that when your Aussie Friends might get into their PJs and slip into their beds after this, you might turn the kettle on and enjoy a relaxing cuppa instead :-)
